This isn’t a coaching retreat or a luxury tour. It’s a founder-led immersion – part lifestyle, part rhythm reset. Golf and ski are integral to the flow, but not the sole focus. Leonardo is present throughout, offering expert guidance where helpful, as both a certified ski instructor and USGTF associate golf professional. 


We host just four guests from the U.S. at a time – typically couples, close friends, or colleagues. Our travelers are U.S.-based, quietly accomplished, and drawn to depth, not display. They come for story, clarity, and shared energy – not just scenery. 
 


At this time, we only host private groups of four. That said, if you’re exploring something soon with a small group or just want to start a conversation, we welcome your note. 
 


In 2026, we’ll host three winter retreats in the Dolomites and three summer editions in Spain. Each location is chosen for its landscape, rhythm, and ability to hold quiet transformation. 
 


Each retreat is seamless by design – from private transfers and villa or chalet stays to curated dining and hosted experiences. Pricing is fully transparent, and once your group is confirmed, we take care of the rest. 
 


Because every retreat is personal. We believe the process should begin with a conversation – not a transaction. Pricing is clear, but context comes first. 
 


Once your form is received, Leonardo will review it and reach out to schedule a short call, if it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll walk through next steps together – calmly, clearly, and with no pressure.
